These are the flat rate fees that I charge for various services. I DO NOT CHARGE HOURLY RATES. Please note that I only work on Windows-based PCs, laptops, and networks. Normal business hours are 8 AM to 8 PM Pacific time (Mon-Sat.). Add 10% to all fees for off-hours service calls.

| Data Recovery - Type 2 | $199 | recover files from corrupt (but still operational) hard drive |
| Restore operating system | $69 | bundled system restore to original configuration |
| Clean Operating System Install | $99 | must have installation CDs, includes all updates |
| Add or Replace Memory | $29 | parts extra |
| Disk to Disk Transfer | $129 | image original drive, then transfer to new drive (parts extra) |
| Install new hardware | $35 | network card, video card, sound card, CD-ROM, etc. (parts extra) |
| Install new software | $25 | software extra |
| Printer, Scanner, Modem, etc configuration | $35 | I don't repair mechanical or electrical problems with peripheral devices |
| Network Installation/Configuration | $79 | For 1 wired computer only. Add $25 for each additional computer. Wireless networks $65 for 1st computer, $25 for each additional. |
| Phone Support | $49 | $25 if 15 minutes or less. Payment by credit card only. |
